New Wave Medical appreciates the interest you have shown in our company, products and services by visiting our websites such as www.nwmedical.com.au or other related communication channels, including, but not limited to, our social media pages, channels, mobile apps and/or blogs (together “New Wave Medical Pages”). This Privacy Notice applies to all the Personal Information New Wave Medical collects online and offline when you interact with New Wave Medical, such as when you visit our Pages, when you use the products or services offered by us, when you purchase products of New Wave Medical, when you subscribe to newsletters and when you contact our customer support, either as a visitor, a customer or a potential customer, or an agent of our suppliers or business partners, etc.

We strongly suggest that you review them beforehand to understand how your Personal Information may be processed in connection with those sites, as we are not responsible for the content of non-Mindray-owned or -managed sites or apps, or the use or privacy practices of those sites. For example, we may use and direct you to a third-party payment service to process payments made through Mindray Pages. If you wish to make such a payment, your Personal Information may be collected by such third-party and not by us and will be subject to the third-party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Notice.
